Conditions
Minimum 2 people. Visits from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. Weekday visits must be requested by the previous day; weekend visits require at least seven days of notice. Subject to availability and confirmation by the estate. Payment is made in person.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult; participation in activities involving alcohol is subject to applicable legal restrictions.
All tastings can be tailored on request, subject to a quotation.

Cancellation Policy and Booking Conditions
1. Cancellations and changes by the customer
Requests to cancel or change a booking must be communicated in writing as far in advance as possible.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the experience: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience: no refund, unless the organiser makes an exceptional decision.
Requests to change the date are subject to availability at the estate.
2. No-shows
Failure to attend at the booked date and time without prior notice does not entitle the customer to a refund. Delays that compromise the experience may result in the loss of the booking without a refund.
3. Weather conditions
Experiences take place as planned whenever possible. If adverse weather compromises participants’ safety or makes the activity impossible, the organiser may offer another date or a full refund of the amount paid.
Rain alone does not automatically cancel an experience; the decision depends on the conditions and the type of activity booked.
4. Refunds
Applicable refunds will preferably be made using the original payment method, within a period communicated to the customer. This policy does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
5. Participation of minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the experience.
Participation by minors in wine tastings or other activities involving alcoholic drinks is subject to applicable legal restrictions. Whether each experience is suitable for children and young people should be confirmed when booking.
The organiser may adapt or limit participation where necessary for safety or because of the nature of the activity.
