We arrange delivery subject to a quotation by email. Give the full address and country in the request, or write to encomendas@palatodocoa.pt.
Shipping costs and delivery times
After the request, we send a proposal with shipping costs, delivery time and the total for your destination. The order depends on your confirmation. The site does not calculate shipping costs or take payments.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the legal regime for distance contracts. To do so, simply write to geral@palatodocoa.pt before the deadline.
Goods should be returned without undue delay and in a condition allowing resale, with bottles unopened and in the original packaging wherever possible.
TO BE CONFIRMED by legal counsel: who bears the cost of return, and the exact wording to adopt regarding goods which, by their nature, may not admit return.
Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders
Write to geral@palatodocoa.pt as soon as possible, preferably with a photograph of the condition in which your order arrived. We resolve it by replacement or refund.
