Purchase Policy

Who may buy
People aged 18 or over may buy. Age confirmation is requested on entering the site and presumed in the request.
Minimum quantity
The minimum is three bottles, which may be different wines. Your selection shows how many are missing and the request cannot proceed below that minimum.
Formats
Besides 0.75 L, some wines are available in 1.5 L, 3 L and 5 L. Check formats on each wine’s page and the vintage’s production on its technical sheet.
Invoicing
The invoice is issued in the customer’s name. To include a tax number, enter it in the optional field in the request.
Payment
At the final step, “Send order request” emails your selection to encomendas@palatodocoa.pt.
We confirm availability, shipping costs and payment details by email. Nothing will be charged at this step.
TO BE CONFIRMED by the estate: the payment methods to be offered and the provider processing them.
Availability
Some wines have limited production and may sell out. When a wine is sold out, its page says so and it cannot be added to your selection.
