Who we are
This site belongs to 5 Bagos — Sociedade Agrícola, Lda., company number 508 566 568, based at Quinta da Saudade, 5150-333 Muxagata, Vila Nova de Foz Côa, Portugal. Palato do Côa is the brand under which the company produces and sells its wines. Contact: geral@palatodocoa.pt.
Scope
These terms govern access to the site and the purchase of the wines presented here. By ordering, the customer accepts the version published on the order date.
Minimum age
The sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks are reserved for people aged 18 or over. The site asks for age confirmation and, when ordering, the customer declares they are of legal age to buy alcoholic drinks. We may decline to ship if that condition is not met.
Minimum order
The minimum is three bottles, which may be different wines. The site does not allow the request to be completed below that limit.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. After the request, we email a proposal with shipping costs, delivery time and the total for the destination given. The order depends on the customer confirming that proposal.
A request through the site does not confirm an order or incur a charge. Prices may change without affecting confirmed orders.
Member price
Registration on the site with an active newsletter subscription gives access to a 10% discount on the public price. It is applied automatically when signed in. Membership is free and may be cancelled at any time, with loss of the discount.
Sending the request
At the final step, “Send order request” emails your selection to encomendas@palatodocoa.pt.
We confirm availability, shipping costs and payment details by email. Nothing will be charged at this step.
Governing law and disputes
Portuguese law applies. In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer may use the electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
TO BE CONFIRMED by legal counsel: identification of the alternative dispute resolution body competent for the company’s registered office, which Portuguese law (Lei 144/2015) requires to be stated.
